In 2019 area resident Ebonie Randle (Joiner) joined with Tanisha Valez owner operator of Cleveland Fresh to turn this parcel into a community garden. The original purpose of the garden was to bridge the Atypical and Typical communities by using the garden as a place of education and relaxation. In 2021 the garden has been proclaimed “The Neighborhoods living room”.
